Double unders - 4
Today was one F'n hard team workout. Wifey was my partner and we kicked butt up to the point I had to farmers walk 400m on my own with 70lbs twice. But oh well, I didn't die and I am stronger for it. Special thanks to Buzzard for showing me the timing necessary to get my double unders going! Small PR but I will take it. |

Wow! I totally thought this would take over 10 minutes! 30 reps of 135lb clean and jerk (from the floor to over your head)in 5 minutes 14 seconds. After reading this I am laughing. :-) I never thought I could clean and jerk that fast!
