50 Meter Sprint (INSIDE = 5 x 10 Meters)
Rx'd Mens was 155lbs. I haven't done any oly squats since September so I went with the 115 and thank goodness I did. Failed on the 3rd round and didn't get the movement down until the 5th round. Did fine on the rest of it but the squats kicked my butt.
At last! I wasn't the last one tonight.
