This was a whole lot of suck for me. Thought that I had some kind of residual durning my time off and the reality hit me with this workout that it isn't much. Halfway through the first round I was toast and it just got worse from there. Then the stinking thinking set in and after 2 rounds I quit. Gut was wrenched, body quivering, and mentally pissed. I am embarrassed to say that I even do crossfit at this point.
Jason: The next time you read this remember this day, you don't want to be the over weight blob you are today.
